The Bulk Keyword Tool allows you to look up the keyword statistics for up to 20 search terms at a time. Analyze keyword data and save keyword lists for future reference.

Benefits

Use this feature to save time while researching keywords.

How to use

In the Main Menu, select "Keyword Research" and then "Bulk Keyword Tool."

Enter your keywords

Enter up to 20 search terms in the Enter Keywords field and then click the orange "Search" button. You can enter one keyword per line.

Basic members can perform up to 25 searches a day, Pro members can perform up to 50 searches a day, and Expert members can perform up to 100 searches a day.

Use the table to view the following information:

Column

What It Means

Keywords

The terms you searched.

Click any term to open our Keyword Tool feature and perform a detailed analysis of the top 100 listings found in Etsy search results for that keyword. Learn more about Keyword Tool here.

Click the star next to any term to add it to one of your Keyword Lists. Take a shortcut to your most recently edited list by clicking the floating blue button in the bottom left corner of the page. Learn more about Keyword Lists here

Average Searches*

The average monthly searches for each keyword on Etsy by people living in the US, based on the past 12 months of Etsy data.

Average Clicks*

The average monthly clicks that listings in searches for each keyword get on Etsy, based on the past 12 months of Etsy data.

Average CTR*

The ratio of clicks to searches for each keyword on Etsy (shown as a percentage), based on the past 12 months of Etsy data.

Etsy Competition*

How much competition you can expect with each keyword on Etsy search results pages.

Search Trend*

These graphs display each keyword’s changes in popularity over the past 15 months. From this data, you can get a sense of a keyword’s seasonality and whether it is becoming more or less popular.

Google Searches

The estimated number of searches performed on Google each month for each keyword. Google search data is also useful for your website and helps you understand broader user-interest levels, keywords, and products.

Google Competition

Indicates the level of advertisers that are competing on Google for each keyword. The competition score ranges from 0 to 1, with 0 being no competition and 1 being high. High competition is a good indicator of purchase intent.

Long Tail Keywords

Long tail keywords are keywords or key phrases that are more specific than more commonly searched-for keywords. Long tail keywords get less search traffic, but will usually have a higher conversion value.

SERP Analysis

The SERP (Search Engine Results Page) analysis link, as well as any term in the leftmost column, will take you to our Keyword Tool. This feature performs a detailed analysis of the top 100 listings found in Etsy search results for that keyword. Learn more about Keyword Tool here.

*This data is color-coded as follows:

Green

The average number of monthly searches, clicks, or CTR for the tag is very high.

A green Etsy competition bar means that competition with the tag on Etsy is very low

Yellow

The average number of monthly searches, clicks, or CTR for the tag is high.

A yellow Etsy competition bar means that competition with the tag on Etsy is low

Orange

The average number of monthly searches, clicks, or CTR for the tag is low.

An orange Etsy competition bar means that competition with the tag on Etsy is high

Red

The average number of monthly searches, clicks, or CTR for the tag is very low.

A red Etsy competition bar means that competition with the tag on Etsy is very high.

Sort your data using the small gray arrows at the top of each column.

Use the "Filter..." field in the blue bar to filter specific listings from within the report.

Use the country dropdown menu next to it to choose which country you would like to view data from.

Click the orange "Export" button to export your report for future reference.

Below, you can continue to use the "Enter Keywords" field to perform more searches and research more keywords.
