Intercom: used to provide customer service to users. Intercom helps eRank communicate with users and equip them with guides to our many SEO tools.
Mixpanel: used to collect usage statistics for the eRank Websites. The usage data helps eRank improve the quality of service offered to users.
Data we gather from your Google Analytics
If you granted eRank permission to read your Google Analytics data, we will be able to see what traffic sources, keywords, and other information that you would typically see when you access Google Analytics directly. This data is private and not shared with anyone else. You can learn more about how we protect your private Google Analytics data here.
You can remove your Google Analytics data at any time. Simply go to the your eRank Settings page and click on the “Delete GA Data from eRank” button.
You can also remove eRank’s access to your data from your Google Account page.
Data we gather from Etsy
By connecting your Etsy account to eRank, eRank will have permission to do the following on your behalf:
• Connect to your account and know your member name
• Know your email address
• See your inactive and expired listings
• See your Etsy profile data
• See your sales and purchases
• See your feedback
You can revoke this access at any time by visiting https://www.etsy.com/your/apps.
This information is used by eRank to provide you with tools and features to help you analyze your shop and spot opportunities to help you grow your business.
