Customer Support Representative

Are you passionate about helping others? We’re looking for two Customer Support superstars to join us at eRank!
Responsibilities:
- Handling chat and email support
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and reporting issues to product and development teams
Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Minimum 2 years of experience using eRank
- Minimum 2 years of selling experience on Etsy
Nice-to-have:
- Prior customer support experience
- Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
- Top 10% seller on Etsy
