Customer Support Representative

Contract position. 30+ hours / week.

Are you passionate about helping others? We’re looking for two Customer Support superstars to join us at eRank!

Responsibilities:

  • Handling chat and email support
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and reporting issues to product and development teams

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using eRank
  • Minimum 2 years of selling experience on Etsy

Nice-to-have:

  • Prior customer support experience
  • Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
  • Top 10% seller on Etsy
