Looking for an easy, efficient way to monitor your customers’ orders after you’ve shipped them? eRank’s Sales Report tool tracks where your Etsy customers’ packages are and lets you view your shop’s total sales by country over a specific period of time.
Do you manage a busy shop and regularly send out large volumes of orders? If so, add this helpful feature to your lineup of go-to Etsy tools. Click the SALES link on your eRank dashboard to access the Sales Report. Then use the dropdown menus above the calendar to select a date range and click the orange SHOW RESULTS button below to view your shop’s sales during that period of time.
Sales Map
This interactive sales map tracks where your Etsy shipments traveled during the period of time you selected. Hover your cursor over any state or country to see how many sales you made there.
Sales By Country
This table provides a view of the countries from which your shop’s orders originated. It also shows the number of orders that you received from each country and the total revenue you made per country.
Do you ever wonder if shipping internationally—or to specific countries—is worth it for your business? Utilize this tool to find your answer. Select a wide date range of perhaps 6-12 months. Then take a look at this table along with the map from the previous section. The data featured in both provide an overview of where your customers are. Use this data to determine which countries bring your shop the most profit, as well as which countries bring in the least. You may find that the latter may not be worth the hassle of international shipping.
Delivery Status
The Delivery Status Report displays your Etsy shipments during the period of time you selected including the essential information about each package including each order’s number, value, carrier, tracking code, and destination. Click any order’s number to view additional details about it on Etsy such as its tracking history.
With this report, your recent shipments are easily viewed at a glance and also provides an quick option to check the tracking, if needed. To check the status of a specific order, simply enter some of its details into the FILTER field above the table to find it within the report.
