The Expired Listings tool lets you to view all of your listings that have expired over the past 15 months along with each’s ID, SKU (if you’ve added SKUs to your listings), and date of expiration. The “Edit on Etsy” button below each listing’s title allows you to revise each as needed before renewing it.

Use this feature to audit your expired listings and explore ways to improve their SEO before re-listing them in your shop. Doing this regularly can potentially help boost sales for those items in the future.
How to use
In the Main Menu, select “Listing Optimization” and then “Expired Listings.”
Use the first field in the blue bar above the table to choose the timeframe you’d like to view.
Use the report to view the following information:
Column | What It Means |
Listing Title | The title of the listing. |
Listing ID | A unique ID number assigned to your listing by Etsy. |
SKU | A unique ID you add to your listings to help manage and keep track of your stock. |
Date Expired | The date the listing expired. |
Use the “Filter listings…” field in the blue bar above the report to filter specific listings.
Sort your data using the small gray arrows at the top of each column.
Click the “Edit on Etsy” button to edit that listing on Etsy.
If you are a Basic member, Pro member, or Expert member, click the orange “Export as CSV” button in the blue bar to export your report for future reference.
