CTR is an abbreviation for click-thru-rate. It is the ratio of clicks to searches on Etsy. For example, a 50% CTR will mean that for every 100 searches, 50 listings are clicked on. A CTR of 105% means that for every 100 searches, 105 listings are clicked on.
