Many Etsy sellers wonder how OOAK listings impact their shop’s visibility. Since Etsy assigns a listing quality score based on an item’s performance (favorites, purchases, and positive interactions), repeat bestsellers often rank higher. But what about one-of-a-kind items that sell and disappear?

Etsy evaluates your Customer and Market Experience Score, which is not visible to sellers but includes factors such as message response rate, reviews, case rates, and policy violations.
