My shop was disconnected from eRank. What do I do?
- Log into the Etsy shop you would like to reconnect.
- Log into your eRank account.
- Go to the Settings page (accessible via the main menu).
- Scroll down to the “Your Shops” section and click “Connect Your Shop.”
- At this point, you will be taken back to Etsy. Here, you will be asked if it is okay to give eRank access to your shop’s data.
- Review the message from Etsy and click the “Grant Access” button to allow eRank to access your shop data.
