After you create your eRank account, you have the option to connect your Etsy shop. This will allow eRank to import your Etsy data. Rest assured, we cannot make modifications to your listings, and we keep all of your data private.

Once you have done this, eRank can analyze your listings and sales history and provide you with tips to help attract more potential buyers.

Steps

  1. Go to the “Settings” page (accessible via the Main Menu).
  2. Scroll down to the “My Shops” section and click the green “Connect Your Shop” button.
  3. At this point, you will be taken to Etsy. Here, you will be asked if it is okay to give eRank access to your shop’s data.
  4. Review the message from Etsy and click the “Grant Access” button to allow eRank to access your shop data.

Free members can connect one shop, Basic members* can connect up to five shops, Pro members can connect up to 10 shops, and Expert members can connect up to 100 shops.

Your Privacy

We take customer privacy seriously. If you decide to connect your shop to eRank, please know that all of your private data remains private. We are not in the habit of letting people know how much money you make, your address, and so on.

You can revoke eRank’s ability to access your shop data at any time from this page.

*Please note that the Basic plan was introduced during COVID-19 as a temporary measure to support sellers. In August 2025, we retired the Basic plan to adapt to Etsy’s new API pricing and continue offering powerful, reliable tools. Rest assured, if you are a Basic member, you will remain on your current plan indefinitely unless you decide to cancel or upgrade.
